1-8 EKSPLUATATSION OMILLARNI TAHLIL QILISH ASOSIDA ULOQSIZ YO‘LNING ISHDAN CHIQISHDAN AVVALGI HOLATINI ANIQLASH TEXNOLOGIYASINI ISHLAB CHIQISH
Abstrak
The reliable operation of railway infrastructure is directly linked to the continuous monitoring of the track's technical condition. The design of continuously welded rail (CWR), which is widely used on modern railway lines, enables high-speed traffic and reduces maintenance costs. However, during operation, the technical condition of the track structure can deteriorate due to rail track deformation, temperature-induced stresses, and dynamic loads. In this study, a methodology for determining the pre-failure state of continuously welded rail was developed based on a comprehensive analysis of operational factors. The research involved studying rail track deformation, train loads, the temperature regime, and the condition of the ballast layer. As a result, an integrated diagnostic indicator was developed to assess the technical condition of the railway track. The proposed technology allows for an increase in the operational reliability of the railway infrastructure and the prevention of emergency situations.

Annotatsiya. Temir yo‘l transporti infratuzilmasining ishonchli ishlashi rels yo‘lining texnik holatini doimiy nazorat qilish bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Zamonaviy temir yo‘l liniyalarida keng qo‘llanilayotgan uloqsiz yo‘l (uzluksiz rels yo‘li) konstruktsiyasi yuqori tezlikda harakatlanish imkonini beradi hamda xizmat ko‘rsatish xarajatlarini kamaytiradi. Biroq ekspluatatsiya jarayonida rels izining deformatsiyasi, harorat kuchlanishlari va dinamik yuklamalar ta’sirida yo‘l konstruktsiyasining texnik holati yomonlashishi mumkin. Mazkur tadqiqotda ekspluatatsion omillarni kompleks tahlil qilish asosida uloqsiz yo‘lning ishdan chiqishdan avvalgi holatini aniqlash texnologiyasi ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida rels izining deformatsiyasi, poyezd yuklamalari, harorat rejimi va ballast qatlamining holati o‘rganildi. Natijada rels yo‘lining texnik holatini baholash uchun integrallashgan diagnostik ko‘rsatkich ishlab chiqildi. Taklif etilgan texnologiya temir yo‘l infratuzilmasining ekspluatatsion ishonchliligini oshirish va avariyaviy holatlarning oldini olish imkonini beradi.
